We encourage our people at all levels to employ responsible management practices aimed at protecting the health, safety, security of our people and stakeholders.  White Owl is committed to being a steward of the environment.  Our people are committed to participate and contribute on the success of the company and to help White Owl continue to grow.

We strive to maintain an open culture, in which everyone is a hands-on contributor and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions.  We encourage interactions among White Owl staff across all of our teams, to spark conversations about work and foster stronger relationships.

White Owl believes that strong and effective health and safety practices contribute to long-term shareholder value creation.  Each and every employee has the responsibility to prevent accidents by following established working rules and by practicing the principles taught in our extensive safety training programs.

As we grow, we will hold ourselves accountable for making sure we execute our business plan in a manner that supports our focus on Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S).  White Owl has implemented its own EH&S manual, which follows Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, and all of our employees are required to be familiar with the contents of this manual.  We also hold weekly safety meetings covering a range of topics covered in the manual, to emphasize our commitment to safety.  We have implemented an Emergency Response Plan to ensure that in any emergency event we are prepared to deal with the uncertainties and impacts of such an event.  We intend to foster innovative strategies that will support a proactive EH&S culture across every branch of the company.

On the regulatory front, we will maintain open lines of communication with government and regulatory agencies and ensure that our facilities operate in compliance with all regulatory bodies and local government rules and guidelines.
